Dress Aloud privacy policy

The short version

Your photo stays on your device. When you start a try-on, the photo and the garment picture are sent to our server and on to Google's Gemini API to make the try-on picture and the description, and are not kept afterwards. We never sell data and we show no advertising.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or for anything unrelated to making the try-on work.

Retention

Photos and page content in a try-on request are processed and discarded; they are not written to our disks. Access-code records are kept while the code is in use and for 12 months afterwards for accounting. Server logs without photos are kept for up to 30 days.

Dress Aloud is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
