Dress Aloud terms of service

Last updated 13 September 2026. Dress Aloud is a service of Always On Top Entertainment LLC, Port Saint Lucie, Florida ("we"). Using dressaloud.com, the Dress Aloud app or the Dress Aloud browser extension means you accept these terms. Questions: mike@dressaloud.com.

The short version

You buy try-ons. Each try-on makes one computer-generated picture of a garment on your photo, with a spoken description and an honest fit assessment. The picture is a computer's guess, the description is a computer's reading of that guess, and the fit assessment is arithmetic on the store's numbers and yours. They are there to help you decide; the decision, and the purchase from the store, are yours.

1. What the service is and is not

2. Access codes, plans and packs

3. Refunds

4. Your content and your photo

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Dress Aloud to create images of anyone without their permission, to create sexual content, to harass anyone, to resell try-ons, or to probe or overload the service. We may close a code that does these things without refund.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change prices for future purchases with notice on the site; a change never affects a pack already bought or the current month of a plan. We may change these terms; the date at the top moves when we do.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for purchases you make from stores, for how garments fit in life, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes belong to the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
