Delete your Dress Aloud account

Dress Aloud is made by Always On Top Entertainment LLC. Your account is an access code. Deleting it takes one email and is done within 7 days.

What is on your device, and how to remove it yourself, right now

Your full-body photo, your measurements, your try-on pictures, your purchase list and your size memory are stored only on your own device, never on our server.
In the app, under step 1, press Delete my photo. Under each try-on, press Delete this try-on.
To remove everything at once: in Chrome, open Settings, Privacy, Delete browsing data, and choose site data for dressaloud.com. In the Android app, long-press the app icon, choose App info, Storage, then Clear storage. In the Chrome extension, remove the extension.

Email mike@dressaloud.com from the email address you paid with, with the subject "Delete my Dress Aloud account". If you were given a code directly, include the code.
We delete the access code and every record attached to it: remaining credits, sign-in sessions, the email address, and any pending sign-in.
You get one email back confirming it is done. The code stops working the same day.

Payment records at Stripe, our payment processor, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They hold your email and what you paid; never your photo or measurements.
Anonymous counts: how many try-ons ran and, if you told us, whether a verdict was right. These contain no name, code, item or picture and cannot be traced back to you.
If you reported a picture, the report (reason, item address, the words spoken) is kept for 90 days, with no picture attached.
