Where does my photo go?
It's stored on your own device. It leaves only inside a try-on, after you tick the consent box. It passes through our server to Google's image model to make the picture, and it is not saved on our server. We don't build any face or body template from it.
Is my photo used to train AI?
Under Google's paid API terms, prompts and images sent through the API aren't used to train their models. We don't train anything on it either.
What does it cost?
Plus is $7.99 a month for 40 try-ons. Pro is $14.99 a month for 120. A Pack is $4.99 one time for 25 try-ons that never expire.
What counts as a try-on?
One generated picture plus its description and fit assessment. Follow-up questions about that result are included. A failed picture is never counted.
How do I sign in?
With an access code of letters and numbers, chosen so it's easy to read aloud. No password. The code is saved on your device, so you don't type it again.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, from My Account inside the app, in one tap. My Account also reads out your credits left, your plan and your renewal date.
Does it work with my screen reader?
It's built for screen readers and is being tested day to day by a blind NVDA user: every step is announced, the voice for read-aloud can be changed, and nothing needs sight. It's designed to work with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
Which stores work?
Most clothing pages with a picture. Pages with a size chart get the best fit advice. Some stores block server reading; the Chrome extension works around that by reading the page the way your browser shows it, and on iPhone a Shortcut can do the same.
Will it tell me something looks good when it doesn't?
